
Lowell broke into acting with the movie Dangerously Close followed by a small role in the Robin Williams movie Club Paradise. The actress continued to play the part of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989), and also the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She appeared on Law and Order's spinoff Law & Order Trial by Jury and was back on the original series in 2022.
